Vicky is an Associate with Stamford Capital LLC participating in all stages of the M&A advisory process. Prior to joining Stamford Capital LLC she worked with a cosmetic company focusing on post acquisition integration. In College, she started up an online consulting shop to provide free service to small business. She also has intern experiences as auditor and financial analyst.

Vicky is an Accountancy Master from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has received accounting education in China, UK and US. She is an advanced candidate for US CPA and UK ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). She has good knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and China GAAP.

Vicky is also the financial manager of a charitable website warmfund.org, raising fund for poor children to continue education.
