Peter
Gould, founder and President of Stamford Capital, LLC, has
many years’ experience in CEO level positions. He built
two significant groups through acquisitions, the first on
a worldwide basis for a NYSE company and the second in the
U.S. for a French privately-held company. He also has direct
experience raising capital for management buy outs and has
strategically divested many companies and divisions. He has
worked extensively in the food, broadcasting and IT industries.
Peter
was international vice president and general manager of the
Flavor division of Sensient Foods during a period of rapid
growth. He personally sourced, negotiated and closed (and
then integrated) six acquisitions in a period of six years.
As president, Flavors, North America for the French private
group, he sourced, negotiated and closed two acquisitions
in the U.S. and integrated them into the existing business.
Previously in CFO positions Peter was involved in the planning,
financing and execution of numerous acquisitions and divestitures.
Peter
was educated in the UK and is a British Chartered Management
Accountant. He has made his home in the U.S. for the last
twenty five years. |
